A callover hearing for Icepak Coolstores Ltd and its directors was adjourned to June 12 at the Hamilton District Court today.
A date for a defended hearing is yet to be set for the directors, Wayne Grattan, Iain Slight and Jan Van Eden, who maintained their not guilty pleas.
The company last month entered guilty pleas to Health and Safety in Employment Act charges related to last year’s Tamahere coolstore explosion which killed firefighter Derek Lovell and injured seven others.
Tauranga-based Mobile Refrigeration Specialists and its director Warren Cook also faced charges under the same act and have pleaded not guilty. They will also appear again on Friday, June 12.
