How many resource consents where granted for the various stages of development at the Icepak site.]
Which of those consents were granted against the recommendations of staff .
Who was on those committees who overode staffs recommendations
Are any those members still in public life.
Were the conditions relating to the refrigerant monitored by W.D.C.& IS THERE ANY RECORD OF SUCH.
Did the consents contain charges to monitor the conditions
Are the council prepared to admitt their culability;if not why not
Are any requested consents supplied the full list.
Are the staff reports available;if not that should be pursued
